Security Solutions Product Lead – Japan & Korea

About the role

The Security Solutions Product Lead for Japan and Korea will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Mastercard’s security offerings in the region. You will shape product strategy, drive go‑to‑market execution and influence the roadmap to ensure solutions are competitive, scalable and aligned with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as product SME, supporting business development in customer engagements and RFPs to generate revenue.
• Identify market needs, validate concepts with customers and build business cases for new solutions.
• Define and manage pricing, billing models and product lifecycle, including sunsetting and rationalisation.
• Monitor product performance and fraud trends, delivering insights to sales and account teams.
• Partner with Customer Success, Technical Account Managers and delivery teams to drive adoption and retention.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies, including bundling, pricing and embedding SSO in broader platforms.
• Maintain feedback loops with global and AP teams to inform roadmap enhancements.
• Represent Mastercard in industry forums and build strategic partnerships to scale SSO offerings.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and customer challenges within payments.
• Proven experience in GTM strategy, pricing and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with Japan and Korea regulatory and fraud landscapes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
