Provide strategic and operational HR leadership aligned with business objectives and tender requirements. Act as trusted advisor to CEO and senior management on labour relations, people strategy, and workforce planning. Ensure full compliance with South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, COIDA, UIF). Develop, review, and implement HR policies and frameworks. Oversee end‑to‑end HR processes, manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary matters, and lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of permanent and temporary staff. Administer compensation, benefits, payroll processing, clocking systems, and maintain employee records.
