CRM Manager – Remote (AI‑Driven Outreach)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the VIP Audiences & Experiences function. You will design and automate multi‑channel outreach sequences for high‑value client segments, leveraging generative AI tools to drive measurable sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute multi‑touch outreach campaigns across email, direct mail, and event follow‑up for VIP accounts.
• Create and maintain AI‑assisted automation workflows that connect outreach tools, CRM, and data enrichment platforms.
• Use Claude daily for copywriting, contact research, account intelligence, and workflow logic.
• Track pipeline metrics such as meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
• Own data enrichment processes to keep VIP contact records accurate and actionable.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or outbound marketing within a US‑based B2B company.
• Background in B2B SaaS or tech services.
• Hands‑on experience with outreach automation platforms.
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools and strong prompt‑engineering skills.
• Proficiency in a major CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Advanced English proficiency and a quantitative degree or proven data‑driven results.
