Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a senior Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its rapidly expanding remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, delivering robust, market‑leading applications while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) back‑end services and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces using React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and integrate them via Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests with Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk or Playwright to ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, estimate effort, and own the delivery of features from concept to production.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand goals and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong grasp of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing frameworks such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk or Playwright.
• Proficiency in front‑end development using React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and Inertia.js.
• Ability to take extreme ownership, work autonomously, and maintain a detail‑oriented mindset.
