Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Join Bluelight Consulting’s fast‑growing team as a Full Stack Laravel & React Developer. You will work remotely across Latin America, building high‑quality web applications for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) back‑ends and React front‑ends.
• Implement Eloquent ORM models, authentication, and query builder logic.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs using Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests with Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Collaborate on UI components using React, Vue.js or Laravel Livewire, with optional Tailwind CSS.
• Take ownership of estimates, delivery timelines, and client commitments.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel (v8 or newer).
• Proven experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk or Playwright.
• Strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to continuously learn.

Required skills

• Laravel 8+, Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder.
• Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright.
• Inertia.js, RESTful API development.
• React (and optionally Vue.js, Laravel Livewire).
• Tailwind CSS (bonus).
