Remote Customer Support Representative – Women’s Health Products

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, empathetic Remote Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls and emails for a women’s health product business. You will assist both individual consumers and medical office representatives, providing clear, patient, and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls and emails from consumers and medical office representatives.
• Respond professionally to product‑related questions and general inquiries, assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Communicate with empathy, especially on sensitive or personal health topics, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and availability throughout the scheduled workday.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills with clear, easily understood speech.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and a naturally empathetic, patient, professional approach.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and meet attendance expectations.
• Previous experience in inbound customer service or call‑center support is preferred.

Required skills

• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported) with i5 processor or higher.
• 16 GB RAM, dual monitors, webcam, and wired USB headset.
• Fibre internet with wired Ethernet connection and backup power solution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

What we offer

• Compensation: $6.50 USD per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• Work arrangement: Fully remote from Belize.
