Remote Project Manager (Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead Agile software projects for clients across Latin America. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, ensuring delivery of high‑quality applications, and aligning project outcomes with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies to drive project progress.
• Define project goals, objectives, schedules and ensure they align with client strategy.
• Allocate and manage resources to meet project milestones.
• Develop, track and document all project artefacts, including scope, timeline and deliverables.
• Establish and monitor project budgets, adjusting plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate quality metrics and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify, address and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Strong ability to define objectives, schedule work and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
