Bilingual Contact Center Agent

About the role

Go Answer is launching a brand‑new 500‑seat contact centre in Belmopan and is seeking motivated bilingual agents to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls, providing enthusiastic and empathetic support in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a caring, empathetic approach.
• Address complaints, queries and feedback, offering the best possible solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and go the extra mile.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client products and services.
• Follow scripts and account procedures while adding a personal touch.
• Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigation of client sites.
• Meet or exceed contact‑center metrics while maintaining service quality.

Required profile

• Must be 18+ with a valid Belize social security card.
• Experience in call centre, retail, hospitality or food service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish with proper pronunciation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, positive attitude and strong phone voice.
• Computer literate, able to type at least 25 wpm.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable to fast‑paced environment and procedural changes.
• Clean police record and ability to pass a background check.
