Business Development Representative – Latin America (Remote)

About the role

Bluelight, a software consultancy, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales across Latin America. This remote position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment, engaging with technology‑focused prospects and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute 80–150+ daily outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, SMS) targeting high‑volume prospects.
• Build and manage prospect lists using Apollo and Clay aligned with the ideal customer profile.
• Run multi‑touch sequences in Instantly and track outreach in HubSpot.
• Research accounts and enrich data with ZoomInfo, identifying key decision‑makers.
• Craft personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with clear calls‑to‑action.
• Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline, and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log all activities, notes, and pipeline updates in HubSpot and continuously improve messaging based on results.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for activity volume, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo (candidates lacking any of these tools will not be considered).
• Proven B2B or inside sales experience, preferably in technology or software.
• Strong ability to handle objections and communicate value propositions quickly.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
