Buyer Care Specialist – Belize

About the role

The Buyer Care Specialist supports customers with inquiries and requests related to car rental reservations, both new and existing, ensuring accurate information and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Clarify, research and communicate information to provide options that meet customer needs for new and existing car rental reservations.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests and issues for past and future rentals, delivering solutions in line with company policies.
• Enter and maintain reservation data in company systems, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
• Prepare and process forms, reports and special handling requests promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate reservations and resolve service issues through phone and email communication with field operations personnel.

Required profile

• High School diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer care or inside‑sales environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work weekends, public and bank holidays.
