SEM Specialist

About the role

LeadVenture is looking for a SEM Specialist to join the team and support the SEM Department in creating successful Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns that drive traffic and conversions for client websites while delivering positive ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Account Managers to assist dealers’ SEM tactics.
• Create monthly reports of marketing campaign results and accomplishments.
• Manage day‑to‑day SEM tasks and projects within Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Stay up to date with current SEM standards and best practices.
• Proofread written content for grammatical and accuracy issues.
• Produce publish‑ready written and display ads.
• Research and gather account/campaign data.
• Perform any additional duties assigned from time to time.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in English or Business Administration (preferred).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Critical thinking skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Google Ads.
• Experience with Facebook Ads.
• Experience with Microsoft Advertising.
• Experience with Google Analytics (a bonus).
