Senior Project Manager (IT) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (IT) to lead multiple large‑scale technology projects on a fully remote basis. You will work with cross‑functional, high‑performing technical teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and deliver high‑quality results for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support strategic plans for technology implementation to sustain organizational effectiveness.
• Plan, monitor, and guide projects, enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Foster a communicative work environment to retain staff and build personal connections.
• Manage capacity planning, forecast profitability, and enhance billable utilization.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures based on organizational outcomes and trends.
• Predict financial results, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in engineering management or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills and client‑oriented mindset.
• Advanced experience with financials, budgeting, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven people‑management abilities, including performance improvement and attrition management.
• Deep technical expertise and comprehensive IT industry background.
• Advanced level of English.
