Account Executive – Belize

About the role

The Account Executive will drive market share growth and achieve annual sales targets for cloudcarib in Belize. You will work with government and private sector clients, promoting managed services and VAR solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and new clients, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Develop a solid pipeline of new logo clients and achieve sales targets to contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies for expanding the customer base and driving digital adoption.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to spot new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com and follow up on proposals and action items.

Required profile

• Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably within Belize’s government and private technology sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Knowledge of managed services and technology solutions.
