Administrative Assistant – Property Management

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy property‑management team. You will act as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and guests while keeping day‑to‑day operations organized and up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, and vendor communications.
• Manage property turnovers, cleaning schedules, and utility set‑ups.
• Maintain accurate property data in systems such as AppFolio or Buildium.
• Review invoices, process accounts payable, and keep vendor documentation organized.
• Serve as the first point of contact for guest inquiries via email, phone, text, and messaging platforms.
• Support onboarding of new properties and assist with special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management, short‑term rentals, Airbnb, VRBO, or a related hospitality role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with property‑management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, Guesty, Hostaway.
• Experience using Airbnb, VRBO, or similar short‑term rental platforms.
