About the role

Grand Resort & Residences is looking for motivated Cooks and Kitchen Helpers to join its culinary team in Belize City. The positions involve supporting daily food preparation and ensuring a clean, safe kitchen environment. Flexible working hours are required to meet the resort’s service schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing and cooking menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow established food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Support inventory management by receiving and storing supplies correctly.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment is preferred.
• Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
