Inventory Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Analyst will lead all aspects of inventory management for terminal products, ensuring accurate tracking, efficient stock control, and financial accountability. This role combines inventory oversight with cash handling and fuel export coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies and implement risk‑mitigation measures.
• Manage the terminal’s petty cash, process invoices, prepare weekly liquidation reports and issue cash receipts.
• Monitor daily fuel inventory through physical measurements, ticket tracking, level and temperature checks, and conduct random verifications.
• Lead fuel exports to other terminals, assist with seal procurement and coordinate related activities.
• Prepare daily deposit summaries and facilitate bank deposits for terminal payments.
• Participate in scheduled training courses, contingency drills and any additional tasks assigned by the Terminal Superintendent.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience, preferably in a stock‑room or terminal environment.
• Strong numerical competence, attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and ability to apply them daily.
• Proficiency in Spanish and the local language.
• Professional demeanor: diligent, transparent and cooperative.
