IT Project Manager – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale technology projects on a fully remote basis. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure smooth delivery, and nurture strong client relationships while contributing to the company’s strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor strategic technology plans to support organizational effectiveness.
• Organize project outcomes, coach team members, and enforce company procedures.
• Foster reliable communication, develop team relationships, and identify professional growth opportunities.
• Evaluate billable utilization, support capacity planning, and aid project profitability forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support IT strategies by assessing outcomes, trends, and requirements.
• Contribute to financial objectives through forecasting, expense management, and variance analysis.
• Implement organizational standards to ensure quality service.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.
• Strong communication, client‑focused mindset, and positive professional demeanor.
• Proven financial management and budget oversight experience.
• Demonstrated people‑management skills, including performance planning and team development.
• Solid technical background in the IT industry.
• Advanced level of English.
