About the role

As an IT Project Manager at BairesDev, you will lead medium to large‑scale technology projects, primarily focused on staff augmentation and software delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional, highly skilled teams to ensure smooth execution, foster growth, and maintain strong client relationships—all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic technology plans to support organizational effectiveness.
• Organize and monitor project outcomes, coach team members, and enforce company procedures.
• Promote reliable communication, develop team relationships, and identify professional growth opportunities.
• Evaluate billable utilization, assist capacity planning, and contribute to project profitability forecasts.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support IT strategies by assessing outcomes, spotting issues, and understanding requirements.
• Contribute to financial objectives through forecasting, expense management, and variance analysis.
• Implement and follow organizational standards to ensure quality service.
• Assist the team in achieving related results as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Client‑focused mindset with experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Proven multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• People‑management experience, including performance planning and team development.
• Solid IT industry background.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
