Legal Claims Processor – Hybrid

About the role

ISAME MANAGEMENT is seeking a full‑time Legal Claims Processor to join its hybrid team in San Ignacio. In this position you will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely handling of legal and insurance claims, supporting both internal stakeholders and external legal representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process legal claims according to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Verify documentation, enter and update claim information in internal systems, and track claim status.
• Prepare routine reports on claim activity and performance.
• Communicate with legal representatives and internal teams to clarify details, resolve issues, and ensure timely handling.
• Organize claim files, follow up on outstanding information, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong claims processing and management experience, including reviewing, validating, and tracking claims through resolution.
• Knowledge of insurance principles, terminology, policy coverage, and regulatory requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients, insurers, and internal teams.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage expectations professionally.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for handling multiple claims and deadlines.
• Ability to work reliably in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self‑direction and time‑management.
• Relevant experience in claims, insurance, legal administration, or a related field; post‑secondary education in business, law, or a related discipline is an asset.
