Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Marketing Specialist to design and manage AI‑enabled workflows that support enterprise production. The position is fully remote and focuses on boosting pipeline generation and brand visibility for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for intake, processing, and optimization of production requests.
• Own end‑to‑end production projects from request through delivery.
• Develop and maintain automations and integrations for related workflows (e.g., surveys, content audits) using AI and no‑code tools.
• Maintain workflow documentation, version control, and ensure brand and quality compliance across deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B marketing projects.
• At least 1 year hands‑on experience with AI tools and workflow integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑powered tools.
• Proficiency in no‑code/low‑code platforms for automation.
