Partnership Lead – US & LATAM

About the role

TripleTen is seeking a hands‑on leader to own and scale its Partnerships function across the United States and Latin America. The Partnership Lead will drive career‑focused partnership strategy, build a pipeline of high‑impact employers, and manage a regional team of Partnership Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall partnership strategy for the US and LATAM markets, prioritising career‑service collaborations.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard Tier‑1 employers and strategic partners that enhance employment outcomes.
• Design scalable acquisition and retention processes, continuously optimising performance through data‑driven insights.
• Directly manage and mentor Partnership Managers, conducting pipeline reviews and performance coaching.
• Monitor partnership pipeline health, conversion metrics, and establish KPI reporting across the function.
• Collaborate with Career Leadership, Product, Marketing and other cross‑functional teams to align partnership initiatives with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling partnership or business‑development functions, preferably in the education or tech‑training sector.
• Hands‑on leadership ability with a track record of managing remote or multi‑regional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the capacity to execute outreach and negotiation activities directly.
• Data‑oriented mindset for tracking pipeline health and optimizing partnership performance.
