Partnership Lead (US & LATAM)

About the role

TripleTen, an award‑winning online tech bootcamp, is looking for a Partnership Lead to own and scale its partnership function across the United States and Latin America. This hands‑on leadership role combines strategic ownership with direct execution, focusing on career‑related partnerships that drive employment outcomes for our students.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall partnership strategy for the US and LATAM markets, prioritising career‑focused collaborations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of Tier‑1 employers, lead negotiations, and secure high‑impact partnership agreements.
• Design scalable acquisition and retention processes, continuously optimising performance through data‑driven insights.
• Directly manage and mentor Partnership Managers across regions, ensuring consistent standards and operational excellence.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and KPI reporting, adjusting tactics to remove bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Career Leadership, Product, Marketing and other cross‑functional teams to align partnership initiatives with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building and scaling B2B partnerships, preferably in the education or tech‑training sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of securing agreements with high‑growth employers.
• Leadership experience managing remote or distributed teams across multiple regions.
• Data‑oriented mindset with the ability to analyse pipeline metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
