Recruiting Analyst – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its talent acquisition initiatives across a global client base. This remote position will help shape staffing strategies, source qualified candidates, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for open positions.
• Gather and document profile requirements and job assignments.
• Partner with the recruiting team to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Suggest improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Good level of English.
• Desirable: experience in IT recruitment.
