About the role

We are looking for a reliable, empathetic Remote Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls and emails for a women’s health product business. The role serves both individual consumers and medical office representatives, requiring clear communication, patience, and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls and emails from consumers and medical office representatives.
• Respond professionally to product‑related questions and general inquiries.
• Assist customers with purchasing women’s health products and provide accurate information within guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while protecting customer privacy.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with clear, easily understood speech.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and empathetic approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance during scheduled hours.
• Previous inbound call‑center or email support experience preferred.

Required skills

• Windows 11 PC with i5 processor or higher, 16 GB RAM, dual monitors, webcam and wired USB headset.
• Fibre internet with wired Ethernet connection and backup power solution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
