Remote Technical Support Specialist (Belize)

About the role

LeadVenture is seeking a fully remote Technical Support Specialist to serve dealers in Belize. You will assist customers with day‑to‑day software requests, troubleshoot issues, and help them maximize the value of our applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support via email, phone, and chat queues.
• Initiate, update, track, and close tickets using the work‑order system.
• Maintain accurate support logs, paperwork, and documentation.
• Identify trends in customer calls, alert supervisors, and recommend process improvements.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff and manage a backlog of no more than 15 active cases.
• Educate customers on TCS products and ensure a positive, team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of computer/software service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting customer applications via phone in a technical help‑desk setting.
• Strong written communication skills for instructions, email, and chat responses.
• Ability to ask clarifying questions, analyze complex problems, and explain technical information to non‑technical users.

Required skills

• Understanding of Windows folder and registry structure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM).
• Experience using ticketing or work‑order systems.
• Familiarity with phone client platforms for handling calls and emails.
• Use of video‑conferencing and collaboration tools in a remote work setting.
