Semi Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Semi Senior Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives. You will be responsible for guiding projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they meet quality, scope, timeline, and budget expectations while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end software development projects, guaranteeing deliverables align with business requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, goals, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost, maintaining project integrity.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members on best practices.
• Communicate project status and updates to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk and change management processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them effectively.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software architecture.
• Experience in resource allocation, team management, and project documentation.
• Advanced level of English.
