Senior Integration Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer to design, build, and operate real‑time integrations that connect our contact‑center platforms, loan management system, internal services and third‑party APIs. The role is hands‑on, shipping production code weekly while guiding AI development agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations using Kafka event streams, REST APIs and webhooks across Monumint, uContact, LMS and external services.
• Develop Node/TypeScript services with NestJS, containerised on GCP (Docker, GKE/Cloud Run) and backed by Postgres.
• Build and maintain MCP servers that expose safe, scoped access for AI agents and AI‑powered platforms.
• Ensure observability (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting) and own production health, including incident response and root‑cause fixes.
• Secure all interfaces with OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys and secrets management, and evaluate vendor APIs for feasibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, primarily building and operating high‑throughput integrations.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with operations and business stakeholders.

Required skills
