Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead technology projects for BairesDev’s global clients. The role is fully remote and involves overseeing the full development lifecycle, translating client needs into actionable solutions, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create project forecasts and define budgets, equipment, and resource plans.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, monitoring progress and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Assess project viability, identify and mitigate risks to meet delivery timelines.
• Ensure the team follows established processes and methodologies.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers to guarantee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Agile project management.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and database persistence.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms and system design.
• Basic familiarity with IT infrastructure.
• Experience developing functional modules and implementing unit tests.
• Proficiency with version‑control tools.
• Advanced English communication skills.
