Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help shape the candidate experience by conducting initial outreach, scheduling interviews, and supporting the evaluation process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to assess overall fit for open positions.
• Contact candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment system records up to date.
• Assist interviewers by providing candidate background, experience, and motivation insights.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities in English.
• High attention to detail when handling candidate data.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
