Talent Acquisition Manager – Lead Recruitment Function

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function, build strong talent pipelines, and support business growth. You will manage the Talent Acquisition team, shape hiring strategies, and partner with Operations, Training, and Marketing to attract the right talent at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
• Design recruitment strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as productivity, quality, time‑to‑fill, and hiring results.
• Partner with Operations to forecast hiring needs and recruitment capacity.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment and selection processes.
• Establish consistent interview and selection standards across teams.
• Analyze performance feedback to refine candidate profiles and hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives.
• Monitor the recruitment funnel and enhance candidate conversion and experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Proven experience managing people and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• 95% English proficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑oriented, service‑focused mindset with strong planning and organizational skills.
