Talent Coach – Remote

About the role

Toptal is seeking a Talent Coach to join its fully remote workforce. In this role you will work with top‑tier engineers, designers, finance experts and other professionals, helping them overcome performance challenges and elevate their client service. You will operate within an entrepreneurial coaching team, delivering both one‑on‑one guidance and group workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing coaching on project management, communication and professionalism.
• Work directly with talent to remediate performance issues using curated resources.
• Investigate past performance data and review interview recordings for compliance.
• Design and deliver live webinars and group coaching sessions.
• Evaluate inbound coaching requests and select the most appropriate coaching method.
• Document coaching activities to measure impact and support ROI‑positive scaling.
• Monitor and improve coaching processes for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience coaching professionals, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and identify improvement areas.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work without visa sponsorship or assistance.
