Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Quality Auditor at BairesDev, you will safeguard the consistency and excellence of our Talent Acquisition processes. Working fully remotely, you will audit candidate interactions, screening interviews, and related communications to ensure they meet our high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflow steps.
• Measure performance against defined scorecards, KPIs, and audit criteria.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns.
• Document findings with precision and propose improvements to audit frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance using scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
