AI Full-stack Engineer (Next + Python) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an AI Full‑stack Engineer to lead the frontend of a streaming chat application that is expanding into analytics dashboards for sales revenue. The role blends UI craftsmanship with backend extensions, allowing you to shape a product where pixel‑perfect design and AI‑driven features matter.

Key responsibilities

• Own the frontend surface of a streaming chat and analytics application.
• Build reusable components and hooks within an established design system.
• Prototype generative UI concepts alongside the Design team.
• Extend Python services when frontend features require backend changes.
• Proactively raise experience issues, ensuring pixel accuracy and accessibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with React and Next.js in TypeScript (8+ years for lead‑level scope).
• 2+ years building AI/LLM‑driven applications.
• 2+ years of experience with Python (or 4+ years of backend experience for lead scope).
• Strong attention to UI detail, pixel accuracy, and design fidelity.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
