AI Full‑Stack Engineer (Next.js & Python) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an AI Full‑Stack Engineer to own the frontend of a streaming chat and analytics application while extending backend Python services as needed. You will work within an established design system, collaborate closely with designers on generative UI concepts, and ensure pixel‑perfect, accessible user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the frontend surface of a streaming chat and analytics app using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build reusable components and custom hooks inside a design system.
• Prototype generative UI ideas together with the design team.
• Extend and modify Python services when frontend features require backend changes.
• Proactively raise and resolve UI/UX issues, focusing on pixel accuracy and accessibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with React and Next.js (8+ years for lead‑level scope).
• 2+ years building AI/LLM‑driven applications.
• 2+ years of Python development (4+ years backend for lead‑level scope).
• Strong attention to UI detail, design‑spec fidelity, and proactive polish.
• Experience with AWS and ability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
