Associate Managing Consultant – Business Experimentation

About the role

Mastercard’s Data & Services division is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join the Business Experimentation team within Advisors Client Services. In this role you will combine Mastercard’s rich data assets with traditional management‑consulting approaches to help global clients make data‑driven strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of client‑facing business‑experimentation projects.
• Translate complex data analyses into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Mastercard’s in‑house technologies into client solutions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
• Support the development of performance‑analytics and transformation frameworks for diverse industry clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management consulting or advisory services, preferably with a focus on data‑driven strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior‑level client interactions.
• Track record of managing complex projects and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
