Director, Services Lead Americas – Corporate Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Director to lead Services for Corporate Solutions across the Americas. The role will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, expand service offerings, and drive revenue growth for new payment flows.

Key responsibilities

• Expand existing services (e.g., SSO, Loyalty, Deploy) to new payment flows, calibrate value propositions and pilot with anchor clients.
• Develop a segment‑led service roadmap, delivering 2–3 flagship offerings in partnership with product, studios, and analytics teams.
• Codify best practices, embed governance, and share playbooks to optimize the service portfolio across regions.
• Design and execute the GTM strategy, including segmentation, packaging, pricing, and channel motions aligned to CNPF priorities.
• Own the Americas services sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain healthy coverage ratios.
• Coordinate post‑sale execution with Delivery teams to ensure timely value delivery and referenceable success.
• Integrate AI as a competitive advantage by partnering with SaaS acquisitions and internal platforms to launch AI‑enhanced services.
• Maintain a single source of truth for revenues and pipeline, running monthly performance reviews with clear KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling high‑value services businesses for commercial customers.
• Strong strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial drive.
• Ability to partner across product, sales, delivery, and account teams.
• Executive client engagement skills and a data‑driven performance discipline.
• Experience identifying and evaluating M&A opportunities to expand service platforms.
