Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its rapidly expanding remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, delivering modern web applications that meet strict quality and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel‑based back‑ends and React front‑ends for client applications.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs using Laravel and Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests with Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright to ensure code reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to estimate work, track progress, and meet delivery commitments.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel (version 8 or higher).
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Query Builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in building front‑ends with React (or Vue.js, Livewire) and familiarity with Inertia.js.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of deliverables.
