Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, building modern web applications that combine robust Laravel back‑ends with dynamic React front‑ends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) applications, including Eloquent ORM, authentication, and query builder.
• Create and document RESTful APIs and integrate them with Inertia.js.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces using React (and optionally Vue.js or Livewire) and Tailwind CSS.
• Write automated tests with Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, estimate work, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and alignment with client goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong background in Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Front‑end development experience with React; familiarity with Vue.js or Livewire is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
