Fullstack Python + React Engineer

About the role

Join BairesDev’s engineering team to build and evolve an enterprise AI assistant used daily by thousands of employees in HR, IT, and Finance. You will own features from backend API logic to the user‑facing React interface, working in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python services that power core application logic.
• Implement frontend features using React with TypeScript.
• Own end‑to‑end feature delivery, balancing roughly 70 % backend and 30 % frontend work.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into reliable code.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building production‑grade services with Python.
• Proven track record shipping functional features with React and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
