Italian‑Speaking Virtual Assistant for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Virtual Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of our international short‑term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Italian and English, highly organized, and experienced in guest communication and property management.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in Italian and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email and messaging platforms.
• Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, check‑in/check‑out questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and other property‑related services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, availability and guest information.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing adjustments and property information.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established STR operational procedures.
• Monitor reviews and guest feedback, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, property management, hospitality or guest services.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO platforms.
• Experience with PMS/channel management tools such as Guesty, Hostaway or Hostfully.
