Leasing Coordinator – Residential Property Management

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Coordinator to oversee the full leasing cycle for residential properties, from initial inquiry to move‑in. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication, organization, and sales skills to convert leads into qualified tenants while maintaining high occupancy rates.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospect inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and leasing platforms.
• Qualify tenants against property requirements, rental criteria, and availability.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, virtual tours, and follow‑ups.
• Manage leads in the CRM, keeping accurate interaction records.
• Process rental applications, coordinate screening, verification, and documentation.
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and move‑in paperwork.
• Coordinate move‑in logistics: deposits, utilities, keys, and onboarding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date listings with correct pricing, photos, and availability.
• Monitor leasing KPIs and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or real‑estate sales.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and customer‑service abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent follow‑up and time‑management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or leasing software (AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Yardi, Rent Manager).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair‑housing regulations and residential leasing processes.
