About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative tasks and supervise support staff.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Monitor AML procedures, conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide courteous front‑desk service, manage visitor flow and handle inquiries.
• Support operational continuity by covering duties across departments as needed.
