About the role

Join American Airlines as a Part‑Time Airport Operations Agent at Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE). You will be the front‑line liaison for flight crews, passengers, and airport staff, ensuring smooth check‑in and gate processes while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security screening and passenger service procedures at check‑in and gate areas.
• Assist passengers with inquiries, baggage handling, and special requests.
• Process reservations, issue tickets, and verify travel documentation in compliance with airline and security policies.
• Check baggage weight, calculate excess fees, and communicate charges to passengers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to company grooming standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 70 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Sabre reservation system.
