Remote Financial and Operations Analyst

About the role

Support accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis for US‑based businesses while working remotely. Turn financial and business data into actionable recommendations across finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze actual results versus budgets, explain variances, and suggest gross‑margin improvements.
• Support month‑end close, weekly KPI reporting, and leadership reporting on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Assist in budget preparation, pricing, cost modeling, and RFP analysis.
• Analyze operating costs, late fees, and overall financial performance to identify process improvements.
• Prepare financial and operational reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum two years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and ability to manage competing priorities.
