Remote Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for global clients. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress, providing direction to team members.
• Coordinate processes and uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate clear communication within teams and identify opportunities for growth.
• Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and report status to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
• Support technology implementation initiatives and drive successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
