Senior AI Engineer – Python & LLMs (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize production‑grade applications powered by large language models. The role involves translating complex data requirements into scalable AI solutions while ensuring robust performance and seamless integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search capabilities.
• Develop and integrate high‑performance application layers with LLM APIs to support complex workflows.
• Architect automated ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting and preparing unstructured data.
• Implement evaluation loops and monitoring frameworks to guarantee accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and shape strategic opportunities for intelligent automation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience integrating LLMs, especially OpenAI APIs.
• Proven experience building and optimizing RAG workflows and semantic search.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or agentic workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
