Technical Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business goals. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with BairesDev’s global top‑talent community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor technical projects to meet scope, schedule and budget targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of developers, designers and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and timelines, providing clear communication.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enforce best practices for delivery.
• Track progress and report status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Bridge technical and business perspectives to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced level of English.
