TRACK PMS Expert & Webmaster

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TRACK PMS Expert / Webmaster to take full ownership of our company's use of the TRACK Property Management System. This highly specialized position requires hands‑on, expert‑level knowledge of TRACK PMS, its configurations, and its integrations with other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day‑to‑day operations of TRACK PMS.
• Troubleshoot technical and system issues related to TRACK, including errors, synchronization problems, and integration failures.
• Investigate root causes of system anomalies and drive resolutions to completion.
• Work directly with TRACK’s support and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document incidents, solutions, configurations, and processes for internal reference.
• Provide support to internal teams on TRACK usage and answer related queries.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflows, settings, and overall platform utilization.
• Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert and primary point of contact for all TRACK PMS matters.

Required profile

• Expert‑level, hands‑on experience with TRACK PMS (non‑negotiable).
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, investigate issues, and see them through to resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with software providers and internal stakeholders.
