Busser – Dining Area Support

About the role

The Busser will help maintain a clean and organized dining environment at Harvest Caye, supporting waitstaff to ensure guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clean tables, polish silverware, and reset for incoming guests.
• Assist waitstaff by delivering food and drinks, refilling beverages, and responding to guest needs during service.
• Maintain overall dining area cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down menus.
• Stock and organize side stations, move tables for larger groups, and keep trash cans empty.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies, and respond calmly to emergencies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and restaurant experience.
• Food handler’s certificate.
• Physically fit, able to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work flexible hours including peaks, nights, weekends, and holidays.
