Concierge – Guest Services on Harvest Caye

About the role

The Concierge provides personalized guest service on Harvest Caye, ensuring guests' needs are anticipated and met promptly. This role is essential for creating memorable experiences for cruise visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate special guest requests and island services.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and ensure swift, courteous resolution.
• Manage check‑in/out of villas, pool cabanas, and beach loungers, keeping them spotless.
• Maintain logs for lost and found items, waivers, and guest service paperwork.
• Clean and maintain beach areas, collect waste, and handle beach equipment after ship calls.

Required profile

• High school diploma in Tourism or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older, sales‑focused, and able to multitask.
• Positive, extroverted personality with a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Basic computer software proficiency.
